are pleased to invite you to the sixth annual EmbiNet Symposium
on Wednesday May 5, 2010
in Erpe-Mere, at the premises of the Blue Guide EMC Lab.

This year's Symposium is centered around the theme "Developed in Belgium". The EmbiNet group has always consisted of Belgium-based companies (both from Flanders and Wallonia), and its member companies are further expanding their Belgian anchoring. Our choice of the Blue Guide EMC Lab as the host for this year's event bears witness to this strategy.

And of course, our invited speaker is also a well-known Belgian captain of industry, Martin De Prycker. Martin has occupied top positions at Alcatel (CTO) and Barco (CEO), and is continuing his career on a very entrepreneurial course. He will give a presentation on Innovation Management, an important topic in the context of sustained economic growth, especially in a country like Belgium.

After the talk, the participants will have the opportunity to visit the Blue Guide EMC Lab and the adjacent More@mere production plant.

But it is not just hardware and software that are "developed in Belgium". When it comes to food and drink, Belgium has gained a very strong reputation as well. So, after the formal part of the event, we invite you to an exquisite Belgian buffet, combined with homegrown entertainment, and plenty of opportunity to network in a pleasant atmosphere.

Program :
16u00 Arrival, registration and coffee at the Blue Guide EMC Lab, Joseph Cardijnstraat 21, 9420 Erpe-Mere (parking facilities adjacent to the Lab)
16u30 Brief welcome address by the EmbiNet organizers, followed by the Invited presentation, "Innovation Management in Belgium", by Martin De Prycker, Managing Director at InnoConsult.
